- Expired Items: If you receive an item that is past its expiration date, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged or Opened Containers: If you find that an item has been delivered with a damaged or opened container, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that you did not order, please let us know right away. We will ensure that you receive the correct item or a refund.
- Quality Issues: If there are any other quality issues with your purchase, such as spoilage or contamination, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.
